Group Class Schedule

Performance (L2), Foundations (L1), and Olympic Lifting (OLY) Classes:


 Open Gym Sessions:

  • Classes consist of hour-long sessions, starting at the specified time.
  • Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance or the cancelled session will be lost.
  • Open Gym lasts for 1 hour and is registered like a regular class. It is not led by a coach, but there is open access to all equipment. (Open Gym is available to members approved for all group  class members ).
  • Private One-on-one Fundamentals sessions can be scheduled at the athlete’s convenience.
