Group Class Schedule
Group and Specialty Classes:
Open Gym Sessions:
Classes consist of hour-long sessions, starting at the specified time.
Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance or the cancelled session will be lost.
Open Gym lasts for 1 hour and is registered like a regular class. It is not led by a coach, but there is open access to all equipment. (Open Gym is available to members approved for all group
class members ).
Olympic Weightlifting, Youth S&C, and Yoga classes are separate from the regular goup class membership. Specialty class punch cards may be purchased to attend these classes.
Private One-on-one Fundamentals sessions can be scheduled at the athlete’s convenience.
