Proper Nutrition is probably the single most important factors in your overall health and fitness. Whether your goals are to take your athletic pursuits to the next level or lose that stubborn weight, CrossFit Austin provides a number of additional services to assist with reaching your goals.
Nutrition Consultation (1-hr): ($75)
If you are a do-it-yourself kind of person, but you need a little guidance, this is the service for you! During this one-hour consultation, we will give you a basic overview of the Paleo Diet, tips on how to incorporate it into your lifestyle, recipe ideas and ways to tweak it so it will help you reach your specific goals.
Food Review & Coaching: ($150/month)
If you are someone who is more successful at sticking to a plan with someone watching over your shoulder, then this is the service for you! For a 30 day period, you would record everything that you eat in a food log (www.dailyburn.com), and your personal coach will keep a close eye on what you are eating. Your coach will send you weekly emails to provide feedback and ideas of changes to make. During this 30 day period, your coach will be available via email or phone to answer any questions you might have or to help talk you out of eating that delicious cupcake sitting in front of you.
Meal Plans: ($75/week)
Do you want to start eating right, but you don’t know where to start? Is your schedule so busy that the thought of planning out your meals for the week is just too much to handle? Well, let me do it for you! For just $75, I will plan out 7 days worth of meals for you, so all you have to do is follow the instructions. These meal plans will be customized to your specific goals and will include main meals, snacks and pre and post workout meals. I will send out a brief questionnaire for you to answer prior to creating your meal plan to make sure that we are clear on your goals.
Kitchen Cleanse – ($75/hour)
If you are looking to convert over to the Paleo/Primal lifestyle, but there are boxes of cookies, pasta and whole wheat crackers hiding in your pantry, this is the service for you! Kitchen Sweep is a service offered by one of our CrossFit Austin coaches. During this session, you will clean out your food supply, learn what foods you should have on hand at all times, receive a Paleo consultation, and take a trip to the grocery store with your kitchen sweep coach, and much more!
The session will may include any or all of the following:
- Cleaning out your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry
- A Paleo Consultation
- Learn how to write a proper shopping list
- Trip to the Grocery Store with your personal coach
*Time required is on case by case basis, we can work against a budget or just go until the job is done
**All unused food will be donated
