The Austin Athletics Running Program is back!
Join Coach Aaron Davis on Tuesday nights from 6:30 PM-7:30PM at CrossFit Austin.
The Austin Athletics Running Program is perfect for anyone looking to run a personal best during the Spring/Summer Racing season!
Coach Aaron will focus on all aspects of Running including:
- Running Drills
- Biomechanics
- Sprinting
- Lactate Threshold
- Fueling/Recovery
- Race Specific Training
Participants will receive 3 additional workouts to complete on their own.
Including 2 Specific Strength Workouts & 1 Running Work Out
