5 rounds
6 hang power cleans @ 135 / 85 / 55
6 back squats (same)
12 pull-ups
12 burpees
*Each partner does all 5 rounds, one partner works at a time, each partner rotate after the other partner finish a full round.
Example:
Partner 1 – Round 1
Partner 2 – Round 1
Partner 1 – Round 2
Partner 2 – Round 2
Partner 1 – Round 3
Partner 2 – Round 3
etc.
Additional scales: Partners can share work on the burpees and Kip Pull-ups

16 wall ball
