A. In 20 minutes, find a 1 RM Close Grip Bench Press (Upper Body Absolute Strength Test)
B.  In 20 minutes, find a 1 RM Clean (Explosive Strength, Coordination, and Flexibility Test)
C. 500 M row (Lactic Endurance Test)
