Our competitors program are designed specifically to prepare athletes preparing for the rigors and demands of competition. These programs are designed specifically for people that have made their individual sport more than just a hobby but a full time pursuit. We utilize time tested strength and conditioning training protocols to insure long term and well rounded athletic development regardless of the sport.
Level 3 Group Training and Training Blog
This group program is designed specifically for CrossFit athletes that meet specific criteria and standards. The program consists of higher training volumes, skill work at higher loads, and a greater time commitment than our standard group programs. Athletes are expected to have a strong grasp of advanced gymnastics movements, and olympic weightlifting as well as the desire to participate in multiple high level competition through the year. Only qualified athletes will be allowed to participate in this program.

Sport Performance Individualized Program
This program is designed to give athletes the most specific and individualized approach to training for their chosen sport. We evaluate your current situation and goals. Implement a individualized training program that best fits your athletic needs. Constantly monitor your progress and adjust as needed. The Sport Performance package includes:
- Individualized Programming
- Weekly Olympic Weightlifting Sessions with Chad Vaughn
- 1 Private Coaching Session per week
- Unlimited Access to Open Gym Sessions
