Fight Gone Bad 4

fgb_badge1

What is Fight Gone Bad IV?

Fight Gone Bad began as a fundraising event in 2006. From those humble beginnings and with the support of the CrossFit community, Fight Gone Bad has grown into an international event to raise money for The Wounded Warrior’s Project and Athletes for a Cure.

What is the workout?

Move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The event is in the 3 round format. The stations are:

* Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
* Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
* Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
* Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
* Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

When and where is the Event?

8:00 AM on September, 26 2009 @ The Long Center across from Auditorium Shores

From our friends @ CF Football

For time:

150 Push Ups

*Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 40 yards. Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.

*You can rest in a pike position (the top of a push up) but once you can not do push ups any longer and need to rest on the ground, a penalty is counted and a 40 yard sprint must be completed.

Score = Total Time.
