Level 3 Meeting

On Saturday (4/20) CFA will he hosting an informational meeting for all athletes interested in joining Level 3.  Coach Wes will be covering expectations, standards, and guidelines.

  • Meeting will start at 10am and last for about 30 minutes
  • Must bring Level 3 sign-off sheet to meeting
  • Must have Level 3 sign-off sheet completed to best of your knowledge

The challenge focuses on nutrition and workouts on your own with a 1x/week group check-in meeting to hold you accountable throughout the process. This is open to ALL Women and can be scaled to ALL levels of fitness – even if you are not a member of CrossFit Austin: Register Now!

The Austin Athletics Running Program is back!

Join Coach Aaron Davis on Tuesday nights from 6:30 PM-7:30PM at CrossFit Austin.
The Austin Athletics Running Program is perfect for anyone looking to run a personal best during the Spring/Summer Racing season!

Coach Aaron will focus on all aspects of Running including:

  • Race Specific Training

Join us Saturday February 8th for a FREE CrossFit group class at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM and have a blast with your sweetie!
Non-members, members and loved ones can sign up for this fun and free event hereRegularly scheduled group classes on Saturday (2/8) have been replaced by this event, so be sure to follow the registration link to  participate. Workouts will be designed for all ability levels, making this is a great time to spread the word and come in for a fun workout!

December CrossFit Classics

CrossFit Austin and CrossFit Central are proud to announce another round of CrossFit Classics, a monthly CrossFit celebration for fitness athletes and fans in Austin, TX!

Once a month we pay homage to the roots of CrossFit and the CrossFit Games by competing in a “Classic” WOD. It may be anything from one of the original “girls,” a famous CrossFit Games Beatdown, or something even “nastier”! The workout will be announced on the first day of each month and will typically take place on the final Friday night of the month (exact times and dates will be announced with the workout). We will be accepting a limited number of competitors for the workout, so register early!

EVERYONE is encouraged to come take part in the festivities. Workouts do not have to be performed Rx, and we will have free drinks,  DJ Kris Kepler, MC, and after-party specials at local establishments! Follow this page for all updates and announcements concerning the event!

Fundraiser and Paleo Potluck for Darlene

After you’ve gotten nice and sweaty at Murph Day, clean yourself up and come on over to Coach Boone’s house for a Paleo Pot Luck Party! We are raising funds to help Darlene get out to California for the 2012 CrossFit Games!

What to bring? Your favorite Paleo dish!
How do I contribute: All donations are welcome and can be made in cash or by check (made out to Darlene Price). Additionally, all tips received at the bar will be donated to Darlene!
